Terms for Academy bookings.
Bookings
Free calls confirm immediately. Paid sessions stay pending until PayPal payment is verified server-side.
Slot holds
Paid offers hold your chosen slot for 15 minutes while you complete payment. If payment is not completed in time, the hold expires automatically.
Rescheduling
Use your booking link to reschedule up to 24 hours before the session start time.
Cancellations
Use your booking link to cancel up to 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours, contact JNR8 directly.
Refunds
If you cancel outside the 24-hour window, JNR8 will review the payment and handle any refund manually where appropriate.
Included
One-to-one session time, practical help on your real work, and the session recording.
Not included
Done-for-you implementation, open-ended support outside the booked scope, or access to third-party paid tools.
